Xiaomi unveils Redmi 4 with 3 variants in India
Unlike the Redmi 3S, the Redmi 4 has slimmer, tapered edges and a cleaner, more contemporary design. The speaker has been moved from the back to the bottom of the phone and the metal and aluminum meet in cleaner anodized high-gloss aluminum lines.
The Redmi 4 will boot Android 7.0 Nougat alongside MIUI 8 out of box. The phone sports a 5.0-inch 720p LCD. Camera wise, it pack whopping 13 MP f.0 at the back alongside 5 megapixel f2.2 selfie shooter camera. The phone is powered with 4100mAh battery capacity which the company claims to last two days on heavy usage.
Well, the Redmi 4 comes in three variants with 2GB, 3GB and 4GB memory and 16GB, 32GB and 64GB storage configurations respectively. The Redmi 4 is priced at INR 6,999, 8,999 and 10,999 for the 2/16GB, 3/32GB, and 4/64GB variants, respectively.
The phone will be available on May 23 at noon on Mi.com and Amazon India.
